Description: Ironically Sharon’s passion is about finding freedom. Escaping our everyday life, our routine, our bindings, our boundaries, our ties and our limitations.
Aiming to release the viewer’s imagination to create a story of what’s to come, to see pathways of infinite potential, gateways to the unknown, flights of future mystery and faith in the unlimited possibilities beyond the visual.
The imagination expanded and fantasies freed. Sharon uses predominately watercolour and ink on paper with mixed media. Painting grew out of her love for plants, trees, flowers and gardening. Plants are the soul of the planet.
Sharon has been exhibiting around NZ since she completed her BVAD in 2011.
