"My work is mainly acrylic and oil and sometimes a bit of collage.

I like to explore texture and colour through working up many layers.  Then strip back, sand and scrape, often repainting bits before the desired result is achieved.

The theme of my work is about the connections we make through our shared interests and how vital these are for our well-being." - Liz Walters
